Mr. Khin Maung Nyunt and Mr. Aung Kyaw, Director of Yangon Industrial Gas Co., Ltd. (YIG), the affiliated company in Bangkok Industrial Gas Co., Ltd. (BIG), presided over the contract signing ceremony for the supply of medical gases including Liquid Oxygen and Nitrous Oxide agreement for the newest healthcare project in Myanmar between YIG and Ar Yu International Hospital (Ar Yu). BIG, Thailand’s leading innovative industrial gas solutions provider as well as widely-known medical gases supply for healthcare sector, is a joint venture between Thai investors and Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (AP).
The contract was signed by Mr. Peerapat Piboonlarpudom, GM of YIG and Dr. Watson Aphiwatanakoon, CEO and Hospital Director of Ar Yu. Through the corroboration, YIG will provide the first Liquid Oxygen supply in healthcare sector in Myanmar from YIG’s new largest industrial gas plant in Thilawa. YIG have been working to ensure the engineering know-how, world-class safety standard, operation, and supply chain management expertise from YIG’s parent company, BIG and AP, to support and enhance sustainable wellness of Myanmar people.
