On 15 June 2018, Yangon Industrial Gas Co., Ltd. (YIG) and Bangkok Industrial Gas Co., Ltd. (BIG), invited the members of Myanmar Fishery Product Processor and Exports Association (MPEA) to visit TEP Kinsho Foods Co., Ltd. at Samutsakorn province, Thailand, a manufacturer of the frozen food products in form of the ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat for the export market. The objective is to study how to use the liquid nitrogen in food freezing technology with the premium frozen foods for exporting. This visit could help MPEA members to get more technical know-how and experience to enhance quality and values for fishery and food industry in Myanmar.
